LoanDesk Works is positioned as software for lending operations. Lending services are provided independently by the companies that use the platform.
Yes. The application is designed as a multi-tenant platform. Authenticated tenant context separates company records, while role permissions further restrict what each user can see inside that company.
Internal company usernames follow the standardized lowercase firstname.lastname pattern. Company owners use their registered email address as the primary login identity.
New registrations and account-recovery flows use an authentication code sent to the registered email address. The code is time-limited and the application can enforce attempt limits.
Yes. Subscriber branding is stored separately for each company workspace. Platform-owner company information is managed separately in Platform Administration.
Yes. LoanDesk Works includes a module registry and event hooks intended to let future features be activated without rewriting or deleting historical records in the core modules.
