Common subscription questions
The system prevents activation of additional users beyond the plan limit. Existing historical user records remain intact; you can deactivate a user or upgrade to a plan with higher capacity.
No. The design keeps historical records. Features that are no longer included can become inaccessible without deleting previously recorded lending history.
Yes. Platform Administration allows plan pricing and limits to be changed. For a mature commercial launch, price-versioning and grandfathering rules can be added as billing automation is expanded.
Enterprise can remain marked Coming Soon until the platform owner is ready to support larger customers and advanced integrations.
