How the LoanDesk Works platform handles account, support and platform-use information.

Information we process
LoanDesk Works may process subscriber account information, company details, user identities, authentication data, support requests, audit information and service-usage data needed to operate and secure the platform.
Subscriber borrower data
Borrower and loan information entered by a subscriber is handled within that subscriber's company workspace. The subscriber remains responsible for establishing the lawful basis, notices, permissions and retention rules applicable to its borrower data.
Why information is used
Information may be used to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce access controls, maintain audit history, deliver support, manage subscriptions, secure the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Production deployments may rely on hosting, email, payment, security or other infrastructure providers. The final privacy policy should identify or appropriately describe those provider categories and the applicable processing arrangements.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be applied based on the sensitivity of the data. Retention periods should reflect contractual, regulatory, operational and privacy requirements.
